How to use
Go to GOV.KR and manually issue and print a certificate after submitting a civil application through a joint certificate
- GOV.KR provides about 90,000 civil services offered by the central administrative agencies, public agencies, and municipal government agencies.
- Check in the Find service/information menu
- Residents can file a civil application on GOV.KR with or without registration.
- However, a joint certificate is required for identity verification purposes. Some civil applications such as issuance of Building Register and Certificate of Forest Land Register/Cadastre do not require an identity verification process.
- Benefits It is expected to increase the satisfaction rate on the civil services by enabling citizens to issue a range of official civil documents and file civil applications without being confined to the limitations of time and space.
