The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline offers a wide range of information on traveling in Korea to both Koreans and foreigners.
Certified tour guides are ready to provide callers with detailed information on attractions, public transportation, accommodations, shopping, festivals, events, and other tour-related matters.
In order to accommodate both Koreans and foreign tourists, the hotline offers tour assistance and interpretation services in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline is available all year round.
In order to provide assistance regarding immigration, safety accidents, medical attention, public order, and tour-related complaints for foreign tourists, the hotline can link to the call centers of Ministry of Justice (1345), National Emergency Management Agency (119), Tourist Complaint Center of the Korea Tourism Organization, and other relevant organizations.
